MAKING HIS WEIGHT GAINER AT HOME EASILY

"You are never better served than by yourself" .  Here are the formula for an excellent weight gainer to realize by yourself! Much cheaper and as effective as some commercial products.


We saw what was to be made a good weight gainer. It is possible to approach this composition and make yourself its own weight gainer simply enough. Of course, unless you buy all the components, we can not reproduce the exact composition, but we can get a proper and sufficiently effective product.

In addition, in many cases, make yourself your own gainer to the advantage of greatly reducing the cost because you will not be buying the items that you are really helpful, so you can spend you products that are often added to the weight gainer, but have little interest, except that of raising the price

A gainer with good flavor:


Here is the composition of a gainer "house" containing protein, carbohydrates and fiber:
- 40 g of tri-protein (or a mixture of casein with 20gr 20gr Whey);
- 300 ml of skimmed milk;
- 1 banana;
- 1 tablespoon of honey;
- 1 teaspoon of oil (olive or canola for a good fat intake and reduce digestion rate of the mixture);
- Oats or orge powder. Oats, or barley will provide complex carbohydrates and a good dose of fiber).

To increase the calorie intake, modify the contents of banana, honey and oats.

The fibers of the fruit (and oats) associated with the lipid will help slow the assimilation of all to improve the digestibility of your home gainer and limit adverse effects (flatulence, fat gain ...)

A weight gainer simple and transportable:


The problem of the previous gainer is that it is not easily transportable (because milk and fruit). By cons, its great advantage is to provide a good taste and allow to rapidly climb the caloric balance with quality carbohydrates.

So if you want a weight gainer easier to do, that is transportable and does not contain simple sugars, we offer another recipe:
- 30% to 50% powdered protein (tri-protein or mixture of whey and casein)
- The remaining compound powder or oats or barley flake.
- Mix with water.

The advantage of this recipe is that you can mix the ingredients in the morning in a bottle, so you can drink your bottle gainer when needed. Or if you want you can add water when the time comes to drink your weight gainer.
