Set objectives

Too many people go to the gym or fitness without clear objectives. These people are starting to work, but do not actually know if they want to lose 2 pounds of fat, take 1 pound of muscle or run the marathon faster. Without a clear objective, all you'll do is waste your energy. We will help you define, meet and exceed any purpose. 



Set small goals on a shorter term will help you achieve your long-term goals. Targets a single year are excellent short-term goals. Let's say you want to win 5 pounds in six months. It is a relatively long-term goal. To get there, you know you'll need to set small but achievable goals and higher and higher. 

Each step may seem a small step forward, but combined, they add up and bring you closer to achieving your long-term goal. Plan for long-term goals, then make the short-term steps. -Plan step by step, so you'll have a plan of attack on several levels. Whether you want bigger biceps, a flat stomach, or firmer thighs, you need to set short-term goals that will lead you to success in the long term. 

Keep up the process you have set and you will succeed. Remember, hard work trumps talent. 

Your own goals 


It is important to adapt its goals to his level. Do plan to lose 5 pounds in 1 week overweight or run the marathon in 3 hours if you are just starting. 

However, if you set reasonable steps and you miss one, do not give up. Sometimes having to adjust these milestones but this is not a reason to stop everything. Perhaps you've misjudged your entry level? Give yourself extra time then to reach your long-term goal. 

There will be times when you wonder if you can handle everything. You can! Do not give up, and you will not fail. You learn something new every fight, every effort the gym or the weight room. 

Do not cheat with yourself 


There are shortcuts, but they do not help. If you cheat in the gym, you do not win, will not grow, will not learn. You deceive yourself. Success is the result of hard work, failures, and more work. Know your potential by trying as hard as you can. Shortcuts always end up creating more work and affect your long-term development. 

Instead of taking shortcuts, create some responsibility for your workouts. Work with a partner. Make your goals public. Tell your coaches, your friends what you plan to achieve. When you post your goals, you will find a network of people willing to support you. 

Get inspired by your star


It is a global star, your teacher or your training partner, consider what makes them successful, get inspired by their methods. They will learn that hard work beats talent, which will motivate you to work harder. 

Read articles magazines, watch videos of your model. When you will not want to go cause you think back to your model, the driving passion will give you the courage and motivation to drive yourself harder than ever.
